This variant is limited to 1000 copies. It is a reprint of the classic Todd McFarlane Spider-Man #1. This comic doesn't reflect a true 9.8 grade because of the spine ticks that are evident on the front cover. CGC really dropped the ball on this one and I didn't want to fight the good fight. The comic wasn't pressed either, not that it would have improved the look or grade. I knew those spine ticks were there. I will include this slab for free if one, or both, of the other facsimile variants listed previously are purchased...AT LISTED PRICE (no offers). Otherwise, pay the price listed below. This comic was part of my initial trial-grading run back in 2017. I was unaware of cleaning and pressing, and I also didn't know that acetate covers can have problems INSIDE them. This slab, per graders notes, has 'stains under acetate back cover'. I don't see them...never have. There are also some very light cosmetic scratches/scuffs. There are actual sales values in GPA for an 8.5, but if a buyer purchases any slab in the thread for full asking price, I will include this slab for free. Just let me know.
