Small tear on top of front cover. “35” written on cover. Any guesstimates??

lots of shadow in your photos. Also looks like the photos crop off some of the edges. Seems like a lot of pressable bendiness, but what looks like some moderate foxing on the bottom of the back is likely to be the level-setter. Need some better photos, and also some inside cover/page shots given the nature of the foxing. The more extensive it is. the lower it might go.

I agree with @scburdetabout the pics. Shadows may be obscuring some defects especially creases.

It could use a press though right. If you're in to that sort of thing.
