It has Near Mint type of qualities, but a nick here and there, plus a small crease over there, etc.  If you add those minor defects together, I call it a 7.0.  If it was a Golden Age book, I would call it a 8.0.  When I bought it many years ago, I was excited just to see a copy that I did not inspect it closely and just went by the dealer's word.
