WMac914 Posted May 17, 2023 Share Posted May 17, 2023 Hey All, I have a strange question about Modern submission return times being too fast? I submitted 10 books for Grading and Pressing which were recieved on May 9th and they shipped back out on May 15th graded? This is a 4 business day turnaround, I feel it is just suspicious that they were able to recieve, press/clean, and grade in 4 days when they are advertising 45 on those orders. I didn't recieve a CCS receipt confirmation like I have in the past and I even have a Standard submission that was recieved at the same time (May 9th) that is still sitting at CCS pressing. Standard technically should have been the fastest to process through. What does everyone think, did they skip the press/clean entirely or am I being paranoid? WMac914 Posted May 18, 2023 Author Share Posted May 18, 2023 Update: Received my order and wasn't pressed; contacted customer service who verified that they skipped pressing.
