I had every intention cracking and submitting but baby came and I haven’t been to a convention since. Wolverine #1 CGC 9.6         - May average sales with 8 sold is at $260, take this one for $220

House of Secrets #92 - 1st Swampy but you knew this. I’m having a hard time gagging the grade for the book. It went for a press and the press came out absolutely amazing. I was told it’s about a VG+. Use your eyes and judgement and if you need more photos please reach out.

An absolutely gorgeous book. The gentleman I purchased it from informed me that the cover may have been cleaned considering the very fine texture that the book has but even he is unsure. The book has not been restored with any trimming or ink etc etc. For the insuring,
