Okay, so technically this question doesn't really fit the format of this chat room but...having just gone through another grading contest I found myself looking at this book thinking it looks much better than the assigned grade. Am I missing something? Because this looks like a pretty sharp copy.....

Well, shucks. Had this been in the grading contest I would have given it a 7.5 at least. It looks nicer than a 6.5 IMO.

The interior covers have both "light" and "moderate" tanning. I'm guessing the interior back cover is the worse of the two and probably pretty significant. The next step from moderate would be severe and brittle, right? So the grade is mostly fair. The book presents really nice though.

Good looking book, but I dont see it grading above a 6.5.
