Is this Old school Pokemon collection worth grading? 2 2

I was just wondering if you guys think this collection is worth grading, and what card you personally would invest money in grading.

Also got a question for you guys out there,
Could this be one of the rarest misprints on a Mewtwo 2nd edition base set available?

As you can see the RIGHT 2nd edition got a [Bold] Text font and a different font in general to the original base set Mewtwo.
This makes me think its a legit misprint.
The back on the 2nd edition is also miscut (2nd image, RIGHT card).
You will also notice the Phsycic Energy on the misprinted card is "looking" in a different direction than the original base set Mewtwo. 

What do you think?

It's always very tough to tell people what to grade and what not to grade.  I'd suggest checking graded vs raw prices on ebay and see if it makes sense to you (personal/resale) some are definitely not worth grading as they are too damaged like Clefable .  Some might be fore sure depending on the condition like Raikou.  If most are 8's or better from the pics they likely make sense to be graded.  Below that and you are likely not going to get much benefit save a few.

The base set 2 Mewtwo is most likely fake, sorry to say.

Shining Magikarp is worth grading if it's clean.

Gorgeous looking collection! I would be selective given the condition of some of the cards. You definitely have many cards that should be graded from the pics but I would check the going prices on fairly damaged looking graded cards. Might be worth picking up a nicer copy or two because you will certainly see a good return on a majority of them.. The outcome and worth of most of what you have is going to be very positive! Not a professional but if you want my opinion on the entire collection or any particular cards i'd be happy to advise you to the best route. Protect all of them though. They have value regardless of damage but you will be much more satisfied sending the cleanest ones. I would recommend sending the cleanest ones unless you're trying to hit a particular submission count to get a discount. If money isnt the issue i would sub them all. make sure the more damaged ones get brushed off so they have the best chance of maybe getting a slightly higher grade but I would not sub many damaged cards unfortunately. def got some stuff in there worth grading long as its in solid condition but a lot of the stuff in there looks to far gone to get the value out of grading on it but overall you forsure have some grade worthy stuff in there
