So I see this book often enough and it seems when it sells, many copies are higher grade (7.0 or better) and they don’t really command a premium ($150-200 seems the going rate). Compared to others from this run it appears to be the cheapest. Is there a reason for this? Was it a “warehouse find” at some point, thus the market knows many exist in nice shape which has kept the price quite affordable?
