Spectacular Spider-Man #229 (newsstand). This issue features Spider-Man quitting.

VF/NM, or better; off-white to white pages. The bottom spine corner shows very subtle impact damage that barely breaks the ink on the front cover. A press will help this one a bit.

I did find a slab that hasn’t been listed before.  Here it is. 👍🙂

Spectacular Spider-Man #229 (direct).  This copy has the acetate outer cover, and it features Spider-Man quitting his Spidey job.  It is signed by Bill Sienkiewicz.

9.8 CGC SS, White Pages.  There are a few things to know about this slab.  One, it is the old style CGC encapsulation, which some collectors like.  Second, this slab has been around awhile, and both seals on the long sides of the case have popped (see photos).  The comic is still secure in the inner well, even though there are a few small Newton Rings inside.  But hey, you should be buying the comic, not the case. 🤣🤣

The last sale for this as in 2017, per GPA.  Reasonable offers will be entertained.  The web software wouldn’t take a rotated copy of the one photo. 🙁

$150 (or best offer)

This comic is the unique gem I mentioned earlier. :)

Spectacular Spider-Man #231, alternate Sal Buscema variant cover B (limited to 1000 copies).  This comic features the return of Kaine, and is 1 of 4 limited variant special covers that Camelot Music released polybagged with Saturday Morning Cartoons Sampler Cassette.  Also released were ASM #408, Sensational Spider-Man #1, and Spider-Man #65.  The four covers connect to depict a giant spider symbol in the background.  Unfortunately, the cassette isn't included with this copy.

At the time of purchase, I wasn't collecting a lot of Spider-Man, and I didn't know about the connecting covers (I don't have them).  The price was printed on the polybag while the UPC symbol was printed on the front cover.  I do know that this raw comic variant is very hard to find.

The original cassette tape featured The Ramones performing the 1967 animated Spider-Man series theme song, as well as other selected Saturday Morning Cartoon greatest hits (CD).

VF, no better.  The entire bottom right page corner shows a small bend, with the crease showing the lightest ink breakage on the back.  A press may help a bit, but I believe the spine creases/ticks keep the grade down.

MCS is trying to sell raw copies for at least $159, for goddsakes!!!  That's crazy!!!  There are a couple for sale on eBay for even more than that.  I don't really subscribe to comic value speculation, so my price is lower.  Reasonable offers will be entertained. :)

$100 (or best offer)

Spectacular Spider-Man Annual #13 (direct). This issue features the origin of Nocturne, and comes with the original poly bag and Nocturne 1993 Marvel Annuals trading card.

VF-, or better; off-white to white pages. The back cover has the telltale vertical poly bag indentation that can be pressed out. The trading card has a very mild indentation on the front that doesn’t break the ink.

Spider-Boy #1 (direct).  This is an Amalgam Comics one-shot story.

VF, or better.  A press will help here, but the bottom spine corner has an extremely small bend through the book that barely breaks ink on the front.

Spider-Man #1, Silver edition (direct, unbagged). With cover art by Todd McFarlane, this issue features an appearance by Lizard.

VF-, or better; off-white pages with some very light tanning on the page corners.  A clean/press will help some, but the pages bring this one down...IMO.  I can provide scans if requested. :)

Spider-Man #6 (direct). This issue won CBG Fan Awards for Favorite Character, Penciler, Cover Artist, and Letterer. It also features appearances by Ghost Rider and Hobgoblin.  This copy comes with the original Wild Agents of Marvel Membership coupon.

VF+, or better: off-white to white pages. There are a few spine ticks that very lightly break ink. A press may help a bit, but it won't do better than VF/NM...in my opinion.

$5

Spider-Man #7 (direct).  This issue features appearances by Ghost Rider and Hobgoblin.

I have three copies of this comic, and all are in similar condition to the scans below...if not slightly better.  I will provide scans of the others on request. :)

VF-, or better; off-white to white pages.  All three comics would benefit greatly from a press, especially with the vertical indentation on the front cover along the spine.

Spider-Man #17 (direct).  This issue features the 'death' of Spider-Man, as well as an appearance by Thanos.

VF-, or better; off-white to white pages.  The front shows a few spots of very light ink rubs on the black background, as well as an indentation on the knuckle of Thanos' pinky (no ink breakage).  The back shows some very mild scuffs and wear in a few places.

Spider-Man #26, 1st print silver hologram-enhanced cover. This issue retells the origin of Spider-Man, while also containing a story demonstrating and describing Spider-Man’s powers. The original gatefold poster by Ron Lim is still with the comic.

FN+, or better. I bought this comic second-hand, so it came this way. Lots of defects here, but I want to stress that the bound-in poster has a small bend on the lower left corner that very lightly breaks the ink. I found the corner folded inside the comic, so I straightened it. The hologram image has a couple very mild finger bends/indentations. The pages show tanning, especially inside along the top edge of all pages.

Spider-Man #46, deluxe newsstand edition.  This issue features an appearance by Demogoblin. The comic was originally polybagged, which is included. It does come with the original 16-page preview and animation cell. The original bound-in Marvel Masterprints promo panel is still attached inside.

VF-, or better.  Both covers show telltale signs of being polybagged, but they are mild and don't break ink.  The bottom spine corner shows a mild bend that very lightly breaks ink on the front.  The goodies are in pretty good condition, which are shown in photos in the previous listing.

Spider-Man #57, deluxe direct edition. This issue has a die-cut cover, and it features appearances by Scarlet Spider and the Jackal.

FN/VF, or better. The front cover shows creases/wrinkling near the bottom spine corner. A press may improve those a bit, but it’s a cardstock cover so the damage may already be done. The back cover shows a mild bend near the bottom left page corner.

Spider-Man #61 (direct). This issue is Maximum Clonage, Part 4 of 6, and it features appearances by Scarlet Spider and the Jackal.

VF, no better. This comic has too much spine wear and ink rubs on the back cover to get higher than an 8.0...in my opinion.

Spider-Man #63.  This issue features appearances by Scarlet Spider and Doctor Octopus.  It comes with the original bound-in Over Power game card AND sweepstakes card.

VF, or better.  The back cover shows a mild bend crease near the lower left page corner, which barely breaks ink.  The cards are still sealed.

Spider-Man/Dr. Strange: The Way to Dusty Death, one-shot story.  This 1st print TPB celebrates the 30th Anniversary of Spider-Man (1962 to 1992).  This is a thick book at 68 pages.

VF+, no better.  Most corners show very light to light blunting, while both covers show a few areas of light cosmetic scuffs/scratches.
