Mine just came back at 4.0, and I think it looks better than this copy so 3.5. CGC will probably give it a 4.5 to antagonize me

The tear is about 5mm and runs through the comic which is annoying would that drop the grade even more do you think

I don't think a press will improve the grade, only it's appearance a bit.
