Fantastic Four #1 cover and centerfold detached, front cover heavy creasing, many splits/tears to spine but not separated, other tears but not missing much paper, bottom of one interior wrap torn at spine, some small page tears, stain upper edge, back cover not as creased as front cover, cover and interior are supple with no brittleness, cover does cover paper when properly positioned, it has a roll at spine which tends to pull it away from right edge $5795
