Looks like some light foxing or oxidation of the paper in the white areas. Hard to say with these >50 year old books how much allowance there might be for natural processes. 9.2/9.4. No books from this series have ever been grading from what I can see. No recent sales and only lower grade copies for sale. Couldn't tell you if there would be any interest in a high grade copy of this book

I hope the interest would come from the uniqueness

Maybe. Doesn't tend to work like that. There's a bunch of interesting stuff, including high quality are and stories that don't inspire collectors. There may be a niche market, it's just hard to say unless you find them. There is a Golden Age forum to see how those specialize collectors feel about these kind of books
