I've listed defects for each book below and what I feel the book looks like without taking any rust migration into account. I'm calling all the books VG or better because of the rust migration and pricing accordingly for the lot.

Great looking book with minimal reading wear BUT top staple has rust and there is some migration. People can adjust the grade accordingly as different collectors look at this defect differently, plus stain bottom spine

FLASH # 166 - GLOSSY VG+/FN COPY - $20

A little edge wear and edge chipping on the back cover and back cover crease bring this down. Also has a subscription fold that could be pressed away from the front cover at least.

I believe this is the first team up btw Capt Cold and Heat Wave... I think.
