Near Mint lot of 12 Modern Comics - $60 $50

I bought these comics from MyComicShop (who graded every one NM) and they have never been out of their MCS bags. Selling as I need to make space! I have made a little spreadsheet below showing each comic and the current sell price for each at MCS (using lower prices in some instances where MCS does not have NM copies available). The total for these 12 comics if purchased from MCS today would be $90+
