Unable to add comic to submission, the "add comic" button is greyed out? 1 1

I added 16 comics to the submission form but the 17th comic (ROM #1) is not able to be added...see screen shot.  I have a pre-screen selected.  Is it in the right tier? Thanks.

Hi.  Try changing what you put in the Comic Lookup field.  Then you should see the Add Button become active.  Please see screenshot below ...
