My main concern is the centre page and the ink smudge and whether this would impact grade as which I am not clear on. I think a clean and press would help for certain on the exterior. The second pic, close up, shows what appears to be three spine ticks. The BC show several spine ticks and a crease BLL, along with finger impressions. I'd go 7.5, maybe 8.0 with a C&P.
