Twin City Comics will be there and are taking mail ins. For comics they give instruction on their website on how to send those in. For Celebs go to the shop on their website. You have to do Celeb mail in's thru their shop. Comic guests you do not. But you still do need to have certain info on your submission for Comic guests. I've already communicated with them some. That's how I know.
