Hello everyone!  I will be facilitating and taking submissions for CGC Signature Series for Fan X Salt Lake City (September 21-23, 2023)

We will be there all three days - Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.

 

Pricing:

- $20 facilitation fee per creator / celebrity / voice actor signature

- Guest (creator / celebrity / voice actor) autograph fees are separate

- Please be informed that celebrity / voice actor autograph fees posted on the FanX site are subject to change

- We are only taking comic / magazine submissions

- CGC will bill your account on file for all grading fees and return shipping costs

- Additional fees ($5 each) will apply for cracking a slab and / or window prepping a bag

 

For anyone sending / mailing in books, they must be received by me by September 13, 2023  

Online submissions may be made through CGC's website thru Front Range Comics.

For those attending the con in person, please DM me for instructions / information.

For those wondering what ivdyer was referring to, CGC has a new on-line submission process (similar to their in-house process) for submitting books to facilitators to get signed at cons.  When you log into your CGC account, you will start a new submission.  Towards the bottom right you will see a scroll down box for submitting to a facilitator.  Look for Front Range Comics.  You will then see another scroll down box - choose FanX Salt Lake.  Follow the prompts to enter the book(s) you want signed and who you want them signed by.  Keep following the prompts until the end and you will be given mailing instructions as to how to send me your book(s).  You will print out an invoice that includes little cut out "cards" to tape to the back of the comic board.  If those cards do not appear when you click print, just click to reprint the invoice and they should appear.  Please send me a DM if you have any questions.

This is the first time I did this too. I think you have fill out the CGC submissision forms yourself and pay CGC for the services that your are doing i.e (CGC grading, pressing, etc.). CGC has a dropdown lists of cons available and you have to select the correct facilatator for that show. Once you submit your request to CGC, the facilatator will need to approve your request too. Once that is approved (Usaully it takes 24-48 hours) there will be an email sent to you with instructions on how to send it to a faciltator and send it out to the facilatator. This is a new thing that CGC is implementing to streamline the those CGC forms. It is pretty straight forward, but word of advice...... Be careful that you got all the information correct before submitting it though.
