Nutrition iron error 1 1

Wondering if anyone has any knowledge of this yellow stain problem on this card from paldea evolved I have a few others but only this one with nutrition iron written into the stain.....any info and how rare this is would be great seen stuff about food labels on cards on a YouTube clip but back in 2019....anyone no anything else about both errors would be amazing..

haven't ever heard about food labels but to me that looks like an additional ink error i have a shadowless blastoise with the additional ink error and it sorta looks like your card just no where near that amount the fact is has nutrition in the ink tho makes me think it might not be an additional ink error but me personally id still send it in
