Happy to send more scans but I didn't want to over post.   #3 - #10 all are 1st prints with $2.50 cover, #11 is a 1st print with $3.50 cover and 3-D glasses in the book.  #12, #14, #15, and #16 are all 1st prints with $2.95 covers.
