Has Anyone Ever Seen This Star Wars(or other Topps) Error? 1 1

Got a batch of Star Wars Return of the Jedi cards and found this sticker(on right) that was not factory cut around the image like the one on the left.  Has anyone run into this before?

I've had a few these over the years in various Topps non-sport sets. They just missed the die-cutting step.

I figured that was the issue but was not sure how common it was having never seen it before.

I have several from the same batch that the collector cracked from boxes, probably all from the same box, would have been even cooler if it was the entire set of stickers..
