PGM Avengers Annual 10 1 1

Hello all.  I was hoping to have your grades to determine if it is worth shipping my Avengers Annual 10 to CGC or if I should just store it as is.  The bottom right edge seems to be turned up, but there is no crease.  There seem to be some spinal ticks as well.  However, I don’t see anything major that is wrong with it.  I really appreciate the help and if you need different pictures I would love to add them.

Thank you.  Do you think pressing it could get it to 9?

You should definitely have it pressed and cleaned.  Some of your photos are too fuzzy to get a good idea of condition.  There is really nothing here is that is super concerning, except the back, bottom corner near at the spine.  Can you take new pics and re-post?

max 9.0. Seems like there are enough color breaking spine stress lines to make that a ceiling

I think it will max out after a press at 9.2 if you can get that top left corner to smooth out. It will look great in a slab.
