Those holes don't bother me. It's art, not a comic. The only way holes like that would annoy me was if they were inside the art border. I've seen a number of pages like that. Must have been for something they did during production.

Well, the bottom ones are right on the line. You'd have to frame that with a VERY tight matte to avoid seeing the holes. I agree defects are more permissable in art.

 

I'm not saying they ruin the piece, but I do think they'll keep it from selling as high as it would go without them.

 

One of my favorite storylines is 148-149 with that battle against the Wrecker. Spectacular stuff!!! cloud9.gifheadbang.gif
