I received this back from You this morning, it is a legit facsimile from Marvel Comics but the grader has graded it NG Coverless 

I messaged the seller and his other copy of this issue was graded 9.8 4082367002

what’s going on?

I moved this thread to a different forum.  In regards to your question:

If there is no UPC on the cover, we grade as NG COVERLESS.   This is because the Sketch Edition (blank outer cover variant) has been removed.  The other copy you speak of either has the UPC on the cover, or it is a mistake and should have been graded as a NG.

Then it would have no back cover
