Could be...if you view the source on the page there's a copyright at the top that cites the year 2000. Looks like Josh was paying or trading comics to somebody to create him an interactive e-commerce style web site which never got finished for some reason.

My guess its new, or under construction still, regardless of the copyright date. It seems to be an answer to Heritage... live auctions, 5% smaller premium. I have a call into him and will see whats up tomorrow. If he got that far, why not finish?
