CLOSED SOLD: Unopened 3 x Pack which includes a Batman #251 2 2

Posted this on the bronze-age boards, and general consensus commented that it would be better to sell this in the 3 x Pack then removing it, and sending it to CGC for grading.

Figure I would see if this interest anybody. I have had it in my collection for close to 10-years, just curious if anybody would be interested in purchasing the item as is.

Looking at the book, I would guess it to be between a high grade 8.5 to a 9.2 if you break it out and get graded. 

Possibly a CGC 9.4 if you get it pressed, then get it graded.

Last Batman #251 CGC 8.5 sold for $1011.00 (Aug 2023)

Last Batman #251 CGC 9.2 sold for $1815.00 (Aug 2023)

Given it is still sealed in a 3 x pack and its rarity , I was thinking about starting off at $2K, but let's try initial price at $1900.00

1. Shipping is covered for the sale at the current asking price in the US.  Out of country, I will pay for $20.00 shipping, the rest of the cost of shipping is on the buyer

2. Shipping will include cost of insurance up to the price that you purchased the book for. Tracking will be provided, and I will ship priority mail in a box and protected with bubble-wrap and cardboard

3. Returns are accepted if you notify me NLT 2-days after you receive the book.  Buyer pays return shipping and the book needs to be in the same condition as when I shipped it.

4.  Payment is expected NLT 48-hours after you purchase the book, unless you get in contact with me and we agree on other arrangements

5. Payments include Zelle and PayPal

6. First  gets the book, even if I am in negotiation with other boardies on a price.

I just think folks here have an appreciation for a 3 pack thats survived unopened for this many years.

Especially one with an iconic Adam's cover showing! 

I'm glad it went to someone who isn't going to open it,  press it and grade it.
