Alright, Shield-Wizard issue 7 CGC 5.0 Cream/Off White.  18 Blue Labels, 2 Purples on census. This is at least to my eyes no doubt a Jack Kirby cover. Kind of interesting that Jack Kirby, co-creator of Captain America, would do just one cover for MLJ and he changes The Shields costume which became a permanent change. Wonder what the story behind that is. Holder is in great shape, no need for a re-holder. Obviously this was well taken care of.

I know the CGC number is hard to read on these 1st generation holders so here it is.
