Fantastic Four #358 (direct).  This copy has the die-cut cardstock cover.  It is a triple-sized, 30th Anniversary story, featuring the 1st appearance of Paibok, The Power Skrull.  It also looks at the history of the Fantastic Four.

VF, or better; off-white pages.  There is light blunting of the top spine corner, which I believe might be a dab of glue pushing up the paper.  The inside covers don't appear to have any spine ticks, but the inside front cover looks to have separated from the glue for the cardstock cover.  his may or may not be a production defect.

Fantastic Four #381 (direct).  This issue features the ‘deaths’ of Mr. Fantastic and Doctor Doom.  The back cover is a gatefold.

VF, or better; off-white pages.  The bottom right corner of the front shows a mild bend crease and the back near the top shows some light ink rubs.  The entire comic was stapled out of alignment.

Fantastic Four #387 (newsstand). This comic has the die-cut cardstock cover. The flames around Sue Storm are foil-enhanced. This issue features the 1960’s version of the Fantastic Four characters, as well as an appearance by Ant Man.

VF/NM, or better; off-white to white pages. The back shows a few spots of very light ink rubs, or possibly just imperfections in the ink/paper.

Fantastic Four #388 (direct). The story features an appearance by The Avengers. This copy still has the original bound-in Marvel Masterprints promo card panel, as well as a tribute page to Jack Kirby with classic bits of Kirby's artwork.

VF-, or better; off-white to white pages.  The back shows some light ink rubs near the staples.  The front cover’s top page edge shows an area of wrinkling that might be attributed to mild moisture damage.  There doesn’t appear to be any staining or wear in this area.

VF-, or better; off-white pages.  The front cover’s top page edge shows an area of mild wrinkling that might be attributed to mild moisture damage. There doesn’t appear to be any staining or wear in this area.

This comic was pressed, so I don't know why it didn't get a 9.8.

CGC 9.6, White Pages.  There are a couple of very small Newton Rings inside the front.  They are hard to see.

Fantastic Four: Atlantis Rising #1 & #2, limited series.  These books have a wrap-around acetate cover overlay that forms a complete image together with the inner cardboard cover.

I am selling these two as a set.

NM-, or better.  This estimate is overly conservative, IMO, especially since book #1 has 9.8 potential.  There is very light blunting of the spine corners on both books, and the acetate overlays show very minimal cosmetic scratches/scuffs.  Book #1 shows no discernable spine creases/ticks on the overlay AND inside cover, while book two has one crease/tick near the spine’s center.  This transferred into the inside cover, very lightly breaking the ink.

I didn't want to handle the acetate too much, but I will provide photos of the inside covers on request.

Fantastic Four Unlimited #6, 12-issue limited series.  This comic is a 68-page story featuring the Fantastic Four battling Namor the Sub-Mariner.  The back cover contains a tribute splash to Jack Kirby.

VF, or better.  Along with other mild defects, the entire bottom right corner of the comic shows a mild bend through it, evident on the back, which should press out.

The Final Night #1 to #4 (limited series).  In the revamped DC Universe, the Sun-Eater now attacks Earth a 1000 years earlier.  This series features numerous DC character appearances.  I am selling these as a set, including The Final Night preview shown in the last photo.

VF+, or better.  All four issues will benefit from a press to one degree or another.  All defects are few and minor.
