A question on newstand Spawns. 0

Met someone with a Spawn collection of 1-30, and several are newsstand editions.  The problem is many of them are well-read and would only come in around  a 5-6 on most grading scales.   Is there any market for the newsstands in that grade?

I would say not for those earlier issues, except maybe issue 9. The later newsies in lower grade, however, say beyond issue 60 and certainly the ones over issue 100 are sellable.

No.

No not if you are looking for good resale. A nice high grade spawn newsstand
will sit for awhile before it sells usually. Unless say its in the 120s and 130s they
are really rare. Then you get into the different UPCs and Stickers as well.

I know plenty of people that buy lower grade for their collection then upgrade
but they have to priced alot lower and the print run was higher.

I would pass, not worth it.

Worth about $5 a piece. People do buy them though.
