Value estimate before grading

Hello, I am new here. Getting a magazine graded whose value should be over 400 but could exceed 1000. If I choose the up to 1000 option and it grades high enough to exceed 1000 does CGC change to the above 1000 charge and would the prior value charge be deducted from the % of value charge? Hopeful pressing can increase the grade enough for my question to be relevant. Thank you.

In the event that CGC, at its sole discretion, determines that the fair market value of a collectible is higher than the value stated by the submitter, CGC will move the collectible to the appropriate higher tier and the additional charge will be the responsibility of the submitter.
