How do I receive back my submissions if I have moved? 2 2

I sent in a submission two and half weeks ago. Since then, we got a contract on our home and will be moving in a couple of weeks. How can I be sure that I’ll receive my submission at my new address?

Important Note About Shipping Address Changes

NGC, PMG and CGC will make every effort to accommodate requests to change a return shipping address, but these requests must be made before the shipment leaves our facility.

Some submitters have asked to change their return shipping address for submissions that have already been received by NGC, PMG or CGC; for example, having submissions shipped to a home address instead of a business address.

We will make every effort to accommodate these requests. For security purposes, these requests must be made in writing and must be received before a package is shipped from our facility. Shipments cannot be rerouted after they have left our facility.

Hi Mike,

I think this note from 2020 needs updating.  MattM CS told me with respect to service@cgccomics.com, that e-mail addy is now defunct.  Anyone who used to send e-mail's to that address should instead use submissions@cgccomics.com.  I don't know if the NGC or PMG service addresses are still functional.
