Missing 5 pages the book will get a PR 0.5 and marked as incomplete, a married cover or pages will get a Green Qualified Label or a Conserved Label meaning the book will be graded as if it was an original copy but the married cover/pages will be noted on the label.

The cover itself has slight edge wear with slight color loss, rusted lower staple with rust migration and some discoloration of the rear cover, without the missing pages but with the rusted staple/rust migration the book would probably be in the FN/VF 7.0 Range

Having the staple(s) cleaned or replaced will result in a Conserved Label should the book meet all of the requirements/qualifications.

FN/VF 7.0 - Slight rust migration.

FN 6.0 - minor rust migration.

VG/FN 5.0 - minor rust migration.

VG 4.0 - some rust migration.

GD/VG 3.0 - some rust migration.

GD 2.0 - rust migration.

"CGC uses the term “Married Cover” to describe a comic that has a cover attached to it that originally came from another comic. CGC will give a comic with a “Married Cover” or “Married Pages” a green label indicating it's a qualified grade."

From MCS, PR 0.5...Comic books in PR condition may be missing up to 4 pages (two spreads) of story or ad pages, or have a completely split spine, or display severe damage that affects the readability of the book.

Correction: looks like it’s 4 pages short not 5…thanks for the info above

0.5 as-is as long as you stay above 50% of the original wraps. Below that it's a NG. Married copies will be green label. The question would be (if you can find another worthy copy to work with), is a married green label worth what it would cost to get the job done? IDK, it's hard to say without a lot of green married books for comparison. I'd guess just finding another copy would be challenging.

Agree. Finding a coverless copy is going to be a monumental feat on its own…although I do love a good hunt 👀

thx for the response
