Maybe a little of both but honestly the market has settled since that Covid year. I paid just a few months ago about what you paid in 2020 for a 6.0 for my CGC 8.0 with white pages if that gives you a better idea for todays market.

One of the kings of GGA, Jack Kamen, gives us another gorgeous and intriguing Pygmy, skulls and bondage cover! Stories with Phantom Lady, Jo-Jo, Blue Beetle and Rulah add to the desirability of this pretty book. And to top it off, we have Matt Baker art!

Tomb of Terror #16 (CGC 7.5 with cream to off-white pages) $5300:

Creepy, haunting and mesmerizing cover by Lee Elias. Love the contrast in colors below and above the water. Gorgeous clean cover with great centering and solid corners.

One of my favorite pre-code horror gems.  Collectors are finally starting to give this comic the attention and appreciation it’s due.

Only 13 Universal graded higher!
