Guardians of the Galaxy #14 (1990, direct).  This is the 1st series for Guardians of the Galaxy, and this issue features the 1st appearance of the Spirit of Vengeance (futuristic Ghost Rider).

FN+, or better; off-white pages.  There is light blunting on all four corners, as well as a number of spine stress creases/ticks that lightly break the ink.  The back shows some light soiling near the staples.  Some of the cover edges show some wear and tear.
