I will second the above grade range! As for grading, would not personally (as I would want 8.0 or better for such a book) but to each their own. If you love it and want it graded, go for it!

Thanks for the grades fellas... about what I estimated as well. Probably not gonna slab this, maybe try to get some signatures or something. I got this for a pretty good price for this grade range.

5.5 was my first impression too. I'd like to see a book command more than 2× the cost of grading (pressing/shipping/etc.) unless there's an additional motivation to slab (personal connection, signature, Mark Jewelers, etc.) That makes this a tweener as it's right on that edge of the value. I'd lean to no on grading since there are >15K graded copies of this book already. Any of the books that have high census numbers (looking at you ASM 300) become harder to justify grading unless they're clearly 9.0s or better
