Mostly posting this one for fans of this book, which has a Roy Thomas Conan prototype story, because I believe the CGC guide is pretty clear on what the grade would be here. The back has a distribution PROMOCION stamp & there's an ink transfer from the same stamp on the front from being stack with another copy of the book with the same stamp.  Interested to see if people's analysis matches what CGC's says it should be though.

Neat edition. COD4 is a must have for Conan fans.
