Request New Set Type error when using + to add cards

We are aware of an issue when adding cards via the + at the top of the page or next to a card in your inventory.  There are alternative ways to request new Set Types or new Slots in existing registry sets.  Follow the links below for instructions.  There is a temporary freeze on new slot requests due to the upcoming 2023 CGC Cards Registry Awards and we will begin adding new slots in January.
