Farmer's Daughter #4 (fair-): You can see the various tears and missing pieces from scan; cover appears to be loose, spine mostly there, spine fragile (book can be safely handled), and centerfold loose from bottom staple.  Solid "Reader Copy" - classic beat, but complete!

 

Web of Mystery #12 (G/VG):  Book looks to be VG+, big defect is a 3.5" tear in from right edge ("Fortunes" text) in center FC (surprisingly not taped or sealed); two creases LRHC FC and spine wear.

I have updated our spreadsheet for new donations from page 22 to this post.

I would like to politely request that people on DMs refrain from too much social chatter as the comms on this are super busy. Sharon also maintains communication with James and other helpers, so there's a lot to track. Reducing DM chatter will help her and us work efficiently and keep some balance with personal affairs.

-   is Sharon-shorthand for "I acknowledge your message and am marking this thread read to help manage comms", so no reply is needed unless you have updates on payment/shipment.
- Sending donations to Jimbo's PayPal via personal friends & family helps a great deal. Because Sharon has spoken to a PayPal representative, the company is essentially waiving scrutiny on personal payments so long as you include a note "Get better, James!" or something to that effect.
- If you make a goods & services payment, it's still a transaction and funds may be held (and have been already) until tracking is provided. If you can't do friends and family for whatever reason, please provide a tracking number as PayPal is calling for these to release any funds made using Goods & Services.

Your continued generosity is amazing, both financially and in spirit. Thank you, everyone. Get well soon, Jimbo! ✌️

OK, finished...

So in other updates...I've gathered all the tracking numbers I could from my PMs. I hope PP will accept those, but just in case I've been asking for more ...especially if you made a payment with a credit card or are from another Country, because sometimes you can't pay Personal that way.

So if you got a weird PM from me, asking for tracking, that's why. I just don't want Jim's funds held up. They do have a note on his account saying that he would be getting a lot of personal payments, I call to set that up with every "helping" thread we do...but this time it was flagged anyway.

I know we have hit $25k, which is wonderful...but if people are willing I will keep this open for a while longer. Because I think I underestimated what he would need to cover expenses (bare bones expenses).
