We just got turned onto this, even though it's been out since 2020 - a prequel based on Nurse Ratched from One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. And it's from the people behind American Horror Story, which can be hit or miss. This show, however - an easy hit.

The performances are great. Mildred Ratched is becoming my new favorite Bad Guy. The set design is typically awesome from these showrunners, but what also stands out is the amazing soundtrack - which has a very distinct film noir styling - perfect for the late 40's setting. We are four episodes in, and it's got a great mix of creepiness, weirdness, awkwardness and mystique. Sarah Poulsen is excellent in it.

We couldn't believe there hadn't been another season ordered - but apparently one might be coming. :wishluck:
