Looks like a 3.0 otherwise, but the missing piece makes it a 2.0 by my reckoning. Welcome to the boards!

Even if the piece wasn't missing it's not a book I would slab. If the piece was there, it looks about a 4.0 The 12 month average price for a 4.0 is $58, 90 day average is $35 and last sale $35. After shipping and slabbing costs, even if you paid cover price that seems like throwing money out the window to me.
