BATMAN 125 Mico Suayan Joker & Bane Foil COVER NUMBERS 1 1

Only just purchased a set of BATMAN 125 Mico Suayan Joker & Bane Foil covers and knew these were limited to 300 sets. On the CGC casing at the top, it states the number of these issue is 245/300, but there's nothing on the front or rear cover showing the number, or certificate.  How did CGC come up with the numbers for the issue?

I've looked at a random number of other sets on ebay of the same comics, and none of them show case a certificate ( which i thought mine be missing )........

It may have been an exclusive from one of the shops that had a limited number graded.
