Howdy, 1st time posting. Had a question. Alan Moore's Crossed One Hundred from Avatar has extreme covers that are in sealed bags. CGC states we have to remove the bag so they can grade it but these also have a removable cover on top of the cover that are not stapled to the book. 

Do I send them in with the removable cover that says WARNING or do I send them in without it? The covers are really gnarly and would look amazing slabbed since they are wrap arounds. 

Looking at the census... looks like no one has submitted these at all. It's the 1st 6 covers they did this to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
