CGC Paid Member: How Do I Get the Card Grading Credit?

Greetings,

I am supposed to get a credit for card grading, yet I am being charged full price with no benefit.  I don't see why I should continue being a paid member if I can't get the promised benefit.  Can someone help, please?  I stopped my auto-renew since I don't see how the credits work.

I'm sorry to hear that there may be an issue with your credit being applied. Can you please send me a DM with your full name, CGC customer number and submission number so that I can look into this for you?
