I was supposed to get a discount on a grading order due to my membership credit but the credit wasn't applied. After contacting customer support, each time they tell me I'm on the list to get my refund but there's a backlog and they don't know when it'll be processed. It's been over two months now. It seems crazy it would take this long to get a refund. It wasn't my error to begin with and I have no idea how much longer it will be. Does it really take that long?
