Found out he cancelled because he has COVID. I hope he's feeling better! The con was a blast yesterday. My son got to meet other writers and artists and Jim Lee was amazing. Big shout out to the comic-con staff for helping us out with a couple of things also! We had to get up at 5am yesterday morning to catch the train and we got a later train back so we could spend more time at the con. On the train ride home my son (he's 11) was talking about being up for 15.5 hours. Then he said, "But it was a great 15.5 hours". Win!

Another Baltimore Comic Convention is now in my rear view mirror. 
 

Hung out with great friends. 
Bought some good books. 
 

Looking forward to next years show.

I’m still having no luck posting pictures without them being a black box so I’ll put together a large con report when I get back to the office on Tuesday.  Hope all the dealers did great and everyone will be back next year.

People coming to table are asking for either dollar books or 40k books, not much in sales volume for the 300-1000 stuff.

Just an FYI here - Mark is sick and cancelled on Wednesday. There's no person who is more into comic fandom than Waid, so I'm sure it was a tough decision.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time again at this show. Ran into a few of the folks here - had a nice talk with @greggy; met @Murphman13 at his booth; ran across Roy aka @VintageComics out on the floor (across, not over, wiseguys); talked to Richard aka @MrBedrockat his booth (and he wasn't at all annoying about the Texas football team); stopped by the @mycomicshop booth but no Conan (apparently staying at home with his wife and adorable kid is more fun than rubbing shoulders with a bunch of grubby comic folks ); and gave Ted at @Superworld a hard time for skipping last year.

And somehow I managed to miss @FlyingDonut - although there's no way to miss that gigantic booth blocking traffic in the middle of the show!

I think that's everyone I saw, so no more name dropping. Hope everyone had as much fun as we did, and maybe I'll see you next year (yeah, yeah, not if you see me first)
