You guys are mostly talking vintage, so I'd have to say either Gwen Stacy as drawn by Romita Sr, or Talia(Daughter of Ra's Al Ghul) as done by Neal Adams. And the 70's Black Widow is pretty spicy too.

 

But women are drawn well in the modern age too, so recently, I'd have to pick:

 

Balent's Catwoman

Michael Turner's Witchblade

And the Danger girl chick with the skin tight black leather outfit...(help me out with the name Darth).
