Very Fine.    Square, tight and glossy with virtually no creasing, really tough for such a fat book.  Super glossy, inner covers toning, some dust soiling on back. About as good as it gets for this one.

Very Fine minus. Unread, glossy and tight with almost no spine or edgewear. Has a ding at top of back cover corner. Looks brand new otherwise.

Yes, "Flirtin' With Disaster"  that is probably the most famous use. It was a couple years after the Kane pb. Even more famous now after the sale of the original.
