Welcome to another thread where I look for good homes for great books!  In this thread, I have somewhere in the neighborhood of 600-700 or so raw books and couple of slabs.  The "keys" (or books I'd consider noteworthy for whatever reason I might come up with) will start the thread off, followed by titles from Action through Power Man.  The books will have a lot of higher-grade stuff, mixed with lower-grade here and there -- hopefully, a little something for everyone. Every major DC/Marvel title from A-P should have at least a few representatives in the thread, and there's at least one big key to highlight the thread.  Depending how thing go, I reserve the right to occasionally throw something unexpected into the mix, or pull a book from the sale if I have regrets, lol. lol

I have a long history of buying and selling on the boards with nothing but good transactions.  Not sure how long the thread will run -- it'll depend on my stamina, and how much time I'm spending with my dad (who was recently ill, as many of you know already).  My hope is that everything might be listed by the end of the weekend/start of next week, but the thread should go on no longer than a week at most, barring something unexpected.  Some of the pricing may be aggressive, some not -- some things I'll be willing to move on and others I'm going to stay firm on the prices.  Plus, there's a giveaway for the person who spends the most in the thread (only two books won't count towards that total, so an extra incentive for multiple purchases!).

What's for sale:  Some keys, mostly high or higher grade books, a few lower grade books, in Silver and Bronze.  Titles from A-P!

About me: I have had a very large number of transactions that have gone very smoothly with many long-standing members here, including many, many sales threads -- you can see my kudos HERE.   I've done deals with so many people here, I've almost lost count!  If anyone has questions, don't hesitate to send a PM and I'll do my best to answer them for you. 

I'll be happy to answer any PM's, but the :takeit:in the thread is king if we haven't come to a definitive agreement.  If for some reason someone takes it in a PM while someone is taking it in the thread, the time stamp as best as I can figure out will determine who gets the book.  Books must be specifically claimed in the thread or via PM. No HOS or Probation List members, please. I reserve the right to not sell to anyone I may have on ignore (not that it's many people, but if I do have you on ignore, it was for a reason. hm).

Shipping: Shipping for orders under $500 will be by U.S.P.S., packed securely in boxes, via Priority Mail and at cost.  Signature confirmation may be used for orders over $250. USPS Priority Flat Rate will be used when it's cheaper and best suited for the order.  For orders over $500, I may use the option to ship via FedEx with a signature confirmation required or USPS with signature confirmation required, whichever I think is best and gives you the best shipping cost option vs. safety for the books.  Sorry, no Media Mail.  Sorry, only U.S and Canadian orders at this time.  No trades.  Upon payment, I should be able to ship to you within 72 hours of payment (often sooner, depending on how many buyers these threads end up with).  I always charge exact shipping or LESS (and eat some of the shipping cost on my end) to keep costs down for you, so rest assured, I'll do what's best to make sure you end up with everything safely and as least expensive as possible.  My packing, as reflected in my kudos, will overcome anything a carrier can throw at it..

Payment: PayPal G&S only preferred on this thread, no personal. If wanting to pay by check or money order, I'll do so only if I've done business with you before, but please contact me by PM first.  Payment is expected within 5 days of an invoice unless you check with me before buying.  For purchases over $250, you need to be someone with an established track record here, someone I've dealt with before, or have references or kudos from another boardie. Time payments are available on purchases over $1000, but please contact me first before claiming.

Returns: Returns on raws are accepted for any reason so long as you let me know within 5 days of receiving your order. Return on CGC graded books are also accepted, but in those cases the Buyer will pay return shipping in every instance, where on raws, the Buyer pays return shipping unless I've made a clear mistake, in which case I promise I'll make it right.  I feel my grading is solid, but I'm as human as anyone else and have made a mistake or two here and there, but I've always made it right. In the end, the main thing is that I want anyone purchasing here to be happy when they're done and feel they can buy with confidence.  Hopefully, my lengthy track record will speak for itself (thumbsu

As a bonus, for the person who spends the most in the thread, a freebie item will be given away (with no additional cost added on for whatever the shipping would change with the item added to whatever books are claimed).  It will be this Laser-cut Spider-Man Aztec Calendar, made from sealed Sandeplay wood (the image below is of it without the sealant).  It's approximately 11 X 11, so it's nice-sized, filled with detail, and a neat addition for any Spider-Man or Marvel collector.  It's lightweight but durable, and it can be hung or displayed on a stand.  After this freebie is given, I hope to be able to offer other pieces similar to this one (either the same pattern, or other ones featuring various Marvel and DC character) for sale in the future, so that's something to hopefully look forward to. :wishluck:  The total to determine the winner will be the EXACT cost paid for anyone's total order before shipping -- the only two books that will NOT count towards the total (because buying either basically makes you the winner, and I want it to give more people a chance at this) will be the JIM #85 and the Tec #149 -- everything else goes towards the total.

Folks, at the risk of making more competition for myself here, in the couple of years I've been buying on the boards I've had a lot of really good experiences, but Randall's threads have been among the absolute best in terms of great comics, great prices and terrific communication. You can see my feedback in his kudos, but I wanted to chime in to say that if you're on the fence with one of his books in this thread, you can buy with confidence.

Journey Into Mystery #85 -- 1st appearance of Loki -- VG -- 4.0 -- $2200 -- SOLD via PM

Not 100% convinced to sell this, but here it is, at least for now, lol.  Got a 2nd opinion on the grade from Kramerica, and he thought it was a strong 4.0, closer to a 4.5, but I want to be conservative.  The books is attached at both staples, there's a lot of general wear to the book, including a crease in the lower right corner.  The book has a stain that goes through the entirety of it on the lower left down by the spine that's decently sized but not overly dark.  There's the tiniest bit of a warp where the stain is at, but it's not overly prominent. Purchased a LONG time ago from Jamie Newbold of SoCal Comics as a 4.0 and in my possession ever since.  I took pictures of the crease and the stain with my phone.  Nice copy, and I won't be upset if it doesn't sell.
