Value of Barry Windsor-Smith Iron Man 232 Page?

Ok, I've been given the opportunity to make an offer for a Windsor-Smith page from Iron Man 232. The trouble is that I have no idea what they would fetch as I haven't seen any for sale. Would any of you have any ideas of a ballpark that I would be looking at? I'd really like to make an offer but don't know where to start.
