Collecting comics in a semi-arid environment - Got tips?

Having moved from the "humid sub-tropical" climate of TN to the state of CO, I am digging this new semi-arid climate. It feels like an upgrade, but what considerations should I have that I might be missing? I use Gerber products but not microchamber paper or anything else.

Any tips?

Conditions for your books will be the same for whatever climate you are in...

Constant temps/humidity, away from all UV light, away from sources of moisture/heat/vents, not stored in an unfinished basement/garage/attic.
